Mr. Dibakar is the Head of Air & Ocean Freight of Capital Logistics Ltd. He has been working with the company since 2013. He was the Air Freight Executive at DHL Global Forwarding, Bangladesh for three and half years and before that he was with Trade Clippers Cargo Ltd. for eight years. He was handled SEAIR, Trans-shipments, RFWD, and DDU/DDP shipments. He was the “Employee of the Year 2009” of Overall Excellence at DHL Global Forwarding Bangladesh Ltd. Currently he is also working with Sales and Marketing department to increase business volume and revenue within the company.

She have more than 9 years of working experience with some corporate companies and research organization like Comjagat Technologies Ltd, Walton group and Bangladesh Heritage foundation in the field of human resource, Public relation and Media. She had completed her post graduation in political science from Dhaka University and MBA in Human Recourse Management from East West University.
